In the kitchen and utility areas, electrical provisions include 4 sockets of 16 AMP and 4 sockets of 6 AMP, along with plumbing points that include two water supply points in the utility and one in the kitchen, as well as a drainage point provision in the utility.

Security is a priority, with a biometric lock on the main door, video phone, ANPR solution, EV charging station, retina or biometric scanner for staff, smart common lockers, and 24-hour CCTV surveillance.
